Policy Papers

The „Policy Papers on Transnational Economic Law“ focus on current legal and economic developments in the transnational economic system. They do not aim to provide in-depth research on specific subjects, but instead to present introductory thoughts on topical issues and to invite readers to further discussion. Submissions of unsolicited manuscripts are always welcome. The Policy Papers can be downloaded free of charge.

All Policy Papers on Transnational Economic Law are also available on the Open Monograph System (OMP) of the Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Sachsen-Anhalt.
